Moreover, after spending a few days in the detention cell of the Central Jakarta Metro Police, Leon apparently started experiencing depression. Yuliana learned about this from Betharia Sonata's heartfelt outpouring when she contacted her.
"Yes. They conveyed that Leon has started to feel depressed inside. Basically, he wants to make peace and apologize. Ibu Betha likes to confide," said Yuliana in the Kapten Tendean area, South Jakarta, on Tuesday (28/11/2023).
When asked if it was because of being imprisoned that Leon experienced depression, Rinoa admitted that she did not know. The essence of the conversation between her mother and Betharia Sonata only revolved around efforts for peace.
"They didn't tell me the cause. They just asked for peace," said Rinoa.
Yuliana said that she has only been communicating with Betharia Sonata and has not had a chance to meet yet. Yuliana's condition is still recovering from illness, that's why they haven't reached a peaceful agreement yet.
"There will definitely be points, that will be later at the police station. There will definitely be conditions, what is clear is the security for Rinoa. It doesn't exist yet, there is no agreement yet," said Yuliana.
Therefore, Rinoa's report against Leon at the Central Jakarta Metro Police is still ongoing and the case is confirmed to still be ongoing. Since last Wednesday, the police have examined several witnesses related to this alleged assault case.
"Yes, it is still ongoing until now, still examining witnesses. It started on Wednesday, there were witnesses who were examined," Yuliana concluded.
