Thariq Halilintar and Aaliyah Massaid have just been blessed with a son named Ahmad Arash Omara Thariq. When met at RSIA Bunda Jakarta Pusat on Sunday (15/6/2025), Thariq explained the meaning behind his first son’s name, which is full of meaning and prayer.

"Ahmad means the most noble of humans. Arash means the highest, Omara comes from ..., and Thariq is the name of the father," explained Thariq Halilintar.

The baby boy was born weighing 3.84 kilograms and measuring about 49 centimeters long. Thariq mentioned that the birth was done via cesarean section and that his wife is currently in recovery.

Various emotional moments occurred as the extended family of Aaliyah Massaid and Thariq Halilintar gathered to welcome the arrival of the tiny baby.

In fact, Thariq mentioned that all the grandmothers were present, including Reza Artamevia, Lenggogeni Faruk, and Angelina Sondakh. "There are three grandmothers, and they all came," said Thariq.

He mentioned that the moment when the three grandmothers took turns carrying their first grandchild was one of the most memorable in his life.

"They must be really happy, and then Uncle Adjie and Anny, Uncle Adjie is ... Angie and Anny is Reza's mother, that's also the first grandchild, they must be very happy," he expressed.

Thariq also explained that so far not many friends or relatives have visited directly to the hospital due to the less conducive situation.

"It seems like those who visit are just at home, rather than here with the hecticness and so on, plus the family is already crowded," he said.

Nevertheless, they will still hold a thanksgiving event as a form of gratitude for the birth of their child. "There will definitely be an aqiqah and other things," he said briefly.

Closing the conversation, Thariq also revealed the nickname that their child will use for him and Aaliyah. "I initially wanted it to be 'ayah' or 'babeh', but it ended up being 'papah'. The mother will be called 'ibu'," he said with a smile.
