Tyas' tears broke because her deceased parents could not witness her wedding moment, especially her mother who recently passed away.
"Because I am an orphan, so my brother is my guardian now. It feels mixed emotions because my mother is not here," she said at The Manor Andara, Jakarta, on Sunday (20/8/2023).
Tyas believes that her mother, before passing away, knew Tengku Tezi well and gave her blessing for their marriage.
"I believe my mother is above approving," said Tyas Mirasih.
