Ussy Sulistiawaty, who was declared positive for Covid-19 along with family members and employees, has now recovered. Although she was initially hesitant and afraid to leave the house for fear of still carrying the virus, finally Ussy started outdoor activities jogging with Sheva. Let's take a look at the photos.
Ussy started to fight against her self-doubt after receiving advice from her doctor to engage in activities she enjoys. Therefore, Ussy chose to go for a morning run with Sheva.
Although she had already tested negative a few days prior, Ussy made sure of her health condition by taking another PCR test, getting her blood drawn, and having her chest checked before daring to leave the house.
Ussy's parents' residential complex was chosen by Andhika Pratama's wife because it is not crowded with vehicles passing by and there is also plenty of morning sunlight which is good for the body's health.
In addition to jogging while still wearing a mask, Ussy and little Sheva also do stretching along the way. Sheva imitates all the movements done by her mother enthusiastically.
After circling several blocks, it turns out that Sheva got tired in the middle of the road. Finally, Ussy and Andhika's beloved daughter was carried by her mother back home.
Ussy continued her jogging for a few more rounds after taking Sheva back to her parents' house. Ussy hopes that her metabolism will recover quickly after being sick by getting back into the habit of exercising.
Not satisfied with just going around the complex, Ussy and Sheva decided to move to the second sports location. However, this mother and daughter took the time to have breakfast in the car to recharge.
Taman Barito, which was deserted with few visitors, became Ussy and Sheva's destination. They leisurely walked around the pond in the park several times.
Ussy who started exercising while seeking sunlight admitted that she is not brave enough to play golf again. However, this mother of 5 children has planned to tighten health protocols when returning to the field.
