A Few Hours Before His Death, Markis Kido Still Updated His Story

There was no sign that Markis was ill in that post. He was tagged by an account and reposted it, Markis seemed fine and didn't complain about being sick.

In the above post, Markis was with his friends in the badminton world. One of them is Hendra Setiawan, who used to be Markis's partner on the field.

They seemed to be joking that their togetherness could potentially be featured on Nebeng Boy on Boy William's YouTube channel. No one expected that 6 hours later, Markis was reported to have passed away.

2. Suspected Heart Attack

The cause of Markis' death has not yet been revealed by his family. However, as reported on Kompas.com, Markis is suspected to have suffered a heart attack while playing badminton.

Until now, there is no news about the funeral plans for the former world number 1 men's doubles. Rest in peace, Markis, may your good deeds be accepted by God Almighty.
