A Heartfelt Year-End, Angela Tee and Bara Valentino Share Love with Disabled Children at Yayasan Sayap Ibu

Instead of spending their holiday in luxurious tourist destinations, they chose to end 2025 with a heartwarming social action. Together with their colleague, Dewi Lim, they visited Yayasan Sayap Ibu in the Bintaro area of South Tangerang, on Friday (26/12/2025).

This visit was not just a formality, but a genuine expression of care for children with special needs. Yayasan Sayap Ibu Bintaro is known as a shelter for children with multiple disabilities. Despite their physical and mental limitations, the spirit of the children there remains vibrant.

Angela Tee expressed that this activity is interpreted as the last "Blessed Friday" of 2025. The wife of Goldwin Yustantio hopes that their small action can serve as a sweet end to the year and a hopeful start to the new year.

"Today is the last blessed Friday of 2025. So we intentionally did not go on holiday but spent our holiday at the Yayasan Sayap Ibu orphanage in Bintaro," she said enthusiastically.

1. Emotional Atmosphere at the Orphanage

An emotional atmosphere is unavoidable when Angela and Bara interact directly with the children at the orphanage. The former member of the girlband 7icons admitted that she almost shed tears upon seeing the genuine smiles radiating from their faces, even though not many words could be spoken.

"If I had to be honest, I almost cried earlier. I was touched, wanting to cry, seeing them in their deepest hearts, they seem happy but can't express it," Angela revealed with teary eyes.

Bara Valentino felt the same way. Although he initially felt sad seeing the children's conditions, he tried to remain strong and cheerful to spread positive energy. For him, this experience became a valuable lesson about gratitude and the spirit of life.

"It's really sad, but we shouldn't show our sadness to them so they don't think of strange things or feel down. Instead, we need to provide excitement and joy so that they are always happy," Bara wisely stated.

2. Provide Various Interesting Gifts

On this occasion, they did not come empty-handed. Various interesting gifts such as school supplies and snacks were distributed, welcomed with joyful cheers from the children. The management of the foundation also welcomed the arrival of these artists, while sharing the incredible potential possessed by their foster children in the fields of art and sports.

Dewi Lim, as the initiator of the event, hopes this social action can inspire many people. She emphasized the importance of sharing happiness, especially for those who need more attention, such as the children at the Sayap Ibu Foundation.

"To welcome this new year, may the future be better. And I intentionally did not take a vacation to prepare for our younger siblings," concluded Dewi Lim, wrapping up the sharing moment.
