Aaliyah Massaid is Still Recovering Post-Caesarean Operation, Thariq Halilintar Reveals His Wife's Condition

Happiness is enveloping the couple Thariq Halilintar and Aaliyah Massaid after the birth of their first child. Although they are very happy, Thariq continues to pay attention to his wife's condition, who is still in the recovery period after undergoing a caesarean operation.

When met at RSIA Bunda, Central Jakarta, on Sunday (15/6/2025), Thariq stated that Aaliyah's recovery process is going well, although it takes time.

"Still recovering, hopefully the recovery goes smoothly and she can walk and resume her usual activities," said Thariq Halilintar.

Thariq also admitted that their main focus right now is not only taking care of their child, but also ensuring that Aaliyah's condition recovers as it was before."Her mother is still recovering, hopefully her recovery goes smoothly until she can walk later and resume activities as usual, right now we're focusing on recovery first," he explained.

Nevertheless, Thariq continues to show full support to Aaliyah. He also appeared full of love when describing how he feels about his beloved wife."Oh, of course I love you, don't just love me now, keep loving me," he said with a smile.

This couple's togetherness was also evident during the childbirth process. Thariq mentioned that he tried to stay calm to support Aaliyah emotionally in the operating room."I tried my best not to be nervous or anxious because Aaliyah is definitely feeling much more than I am," he revealed.

Fortunately, according to Thariq, Aaliyah showed calmness that made the atmosphere more comfortable."But thank God she was calm while I was panicking, so we both tried to stay calm and read the prayers," he added.

Thariq also feels grateful because at that moment, the entire extended family was able to be present and provide direct support, including the three grandmothers of the baby.

"There are three grandmothers (Reza Artamevia, Lenggogeni Faruk, and Angelina Sondakh) all came," Thariq explained.

He hopes Aaliyah's recovery process goes smoothly so that his wife can return to her activities and enjoy her new role as a mother.
