Sammy Simorangkir is currently happy because his beloved wife, Viviane, has given birth to their third child on August 8, 2023, at Brawijaya Saharjo Hospital, South Jakarta. The former vocalist of Kerispatih also shared his experience accompanying his wife during the childbirth process through a caesarean operation.
"Clearly, it was exciting to accompany her from Geva to Elhanan. Yesterday, I accompanied her until Dr. Febri informed us that Viviane felt that her child was already very low," said Sammy Simorangkir at Brawijaya Saharjo Hospital, South Jakarta, on Thursday (10/8/2023).
"Apparently Viviane's uterine wall is already thin. It was shown like a biology lesson, 'this is how it is in the uterus.' It's a lesson for her husband, oh this is it. So it is recommended to wait two more years if you want to get pregnant. So that the uterine wall has thickened a bit," added Sammy Simorangkir.
Viviane's labor process went so fast. However, Sammy Simorangkir himself thought that his wife's labor process would take a long time. Especially since his wife had undergone a caesarean section when giving birth to their first child, Gevariel Jogi Simorangkir.
"It's fast, I thought it would take a long time. But apparently it's quite fast. I thought because of the previous caesarean section, 'oh it must be slow' but it turns out it's fast too, it's already normal. It's like daily food, right?" said Sammy.
Meanwhile, for the recovery process, Viviane revealed that she is trying to follow the doctor's advice. Viviane is grateful that she did not experience nausea after the surgery.
"Yes, I just follow what the doctor says, because indeed, after a caesarean section, if there is more mobility, it will be faster to recover. Fortunately, I didn't have any nausea, when I arrived in the room, I drank and ate," Viviane concluded.
Sammy Simorangkir and Viviane Simorangkir got married on July 22, 2017. From their marriage, they were blessed with two children. The first is Gevariel Jogi Simorangkir, who was born on August 22, 2018. The second child is Elhanan Lasroha Simorangkir, who was born on August 8, 2023.
Before marrying Sammy Simorangkir, Viviane was known to have been married to Okan Kornelius. From her marriage to Okan, she was blessed with a son named Jaden Kornelius Tjeuw.
