Account Owner Suspected of Defaming Wants to Reconcile, Tasyi Athasyia Wants the Report to Continue to be Investigated

Kapanlagi.com - Last July, Tasyi Athasyia reported several social media accounts to Polda Metro Jaya regarding defamation. Today, Thursday (5/10/2023), Tasyi was invited by investigators to undergo mediation with one of the reported accounts.

Unfortunately, Tasyi chose to refuse to attend the mediation. This is because the twin sister, Tasya Farasya, wants her report to continue to be investigated so that her name is clear from negative image.

Marloncious Sihaloho, as the legal representative of one of the reported accounts, has learned that Tasyi Athasyia does not want to be mediated. He hopes that Tasyi will appreciate the efforts of the police to resolve the issue.

"We actually really want to reconcile. Especially since this is an official summons where the police prioritize restorative justice. So please respect our law enforcement officers who have made efforts to mediate this," said Marloncious when met at Polda Metro Jaya.

2. Reported Unable to Meet Tasyi Athasyia

The owner of the account suspected of defaming Tasyi Athasyia attended the mediation. Unfortunately, he couldn't meet the person who reported him because Tasyi did not fulfill the investigator's invitation.

"For today, I am present to fulfill the call, of course, the mediation call with TA's party. But here, even for mediation, she doesn't want to come. Maybe she has other commitments," explained the man claiming to be Mr. King.
