AD David Naif's Child Will Undergo Examination as a Witness After the Disseminator of the Lewd Video on Social Media Becomes a Suspect

Kapanlagi.com - The Metro Jaya Police have named two suspects in the spread of a pornographic video resembling AD, who is allegedly the daughter of David Naif. They are MRS, 22 years old, and JE, 35 years old.

The suspects were arrested on July 29, 2024, by the Investigation Team of Unit 5 Subdit IV Cyber Crime Directorate of Special Criminal Investigation at Metro Jaya Police based on tracing and profiling results. After the case was presented, both men had their status elevated from witnesses to suspects.

1. Undergo Summons as a Witness

The latest development indicates that AD, the child of David Naif, will undergo examination as a witness. The summons will take place on Tuesday (6/8) tomorrow.

"The concerned party is summoned as a witness on Tuesday, August 6, 2024, at 1:00 PM WIB," said Kombes Pol Ade Safri Simanjuntak when contacted by the media via text message.

2. Reported by Social Media Observers

MRS and JE were arrested following a report by a social media observer named Feriyawansyah on July 12, 2024. Suspect MRS admitted that he operated a Telegram channel. Meanwhile, JE claimed that he was the admin who operated the X account @HwanDongZhow.

After being officially designated as suspects, the two perpetrators were detained at the Metro Jaya Police Detention Center for investigative purposes. They are charged under Article 27 paragraph (1) in conjunction with Article 45 paragraph (1) of Law Number 1 of 2024 concerning the second amendment to Law Number 11 of 2008 concerning Information and Electronic Transactions and/or Article 4 paragraph (1) in conjunction with Article 29 and/or Article 7 in conjunction with Article 33 of Law Number 44 of 2008 concerning Pornography.
