Afraid Her Emotions Would Be Uncontrolled, Tamara Tyasmara Almost Did Not Want to Attend the Hearing of Her Son's Death Case

Kapanlagi.com - Artist Tamara Tyasmara was hurt because she was laughed at by Yudha Arfandi's younger brother during the continuation hearing of her son, Raden Andante Khalif Pramudityo alias Dante's death case, held at the East Jakarta District Court on Thursday (8/8/2024). The incident began when Tamara had just arrived in the courtroom and suddenly saw Yudha Arfandi's younger brother laughing at her.

"I came here just to be strong enough to come. When I just entered and was laughed at, it really hurt my feelings," said Tamara Tyasmara at the East Jakarta District Court (PN), Thursday (8/8/2024).

Tamara admitted that she actually did not want to attend the continuation hearing of her son's death case. She was afraid her emotions would be uncontrollable upon seeing Yudha Arfandi's family, which would make the atmosphere in the courtroom chaotic.

Indeed, as soon as she attended the trial, Tamara was emotional because she felt laughed at by Yudha Arfandi's younger brother when she arrived in the courtroom.

"I actually didn't want to come, I was afraid of things like this, afraid that emotions would cause chaos. But, I was also curious," said Tamara.

"So I was already in the car first, when I arrived I was laughed at. How do you think that feels," Tamara added.

1. Tamara Believes Yudha Will Not Apologize

On this occasion, Tamara is very sure that the Yudha Arfandi family will not apologize for Dante's death at the Palem swimming pool, East Jakarta. "It seems like they won't (apologize), you can see it from their gestures. There is no sense of guilt, they even laugh as if inviting people to joke," said Tamara Tyasmara.

Furthermore, Tamara stated that the Yudha family has never had empathy for the death of her child from the beginning. She believes that the Yudha family has never fully seen the CCTV footage.

"I see it seems they are influenced by netizens, if on social media they discuss insurance and all sorts of things, just like netizens, dealing with unimportant matters, not just focusing," she said.

2. Dante Case Trial

This trial presented two witnesses from the Palem swimming pool who explained the initial rescue of Dante while he was still at the scene.

"It's clearer now, especially since earlier they said when they helped, the oxygen was already gone, if we listen to the defendant, there was still some left, but according to the witnesses, there was none," he concluded.

Yudha Arfandi is charged with premeditated murder in the case of the death of Tamara Tyasmara's son and Angger Dimas, Raden Andante Khalif Pramudityo. The charge was presented by the Public Prosecutor in the case registered under number 328/Pid.B/2024/PN JKT.TIM.

For his actions, the defendant is stated to have committed premeditated murder as regulated and punishable under Article 340 of the Criminal Code. Nevertheless, the Public Prosecutor also included a subsidiary charge. In the subsidiary charge, Yudha is considered to have intentionally taken another person's life as regulated and punishable under Article 338 of the Criminal Code.
