Bollywood actor Shahid Kapoor has recently rented out his luxury apartment located in Three Sixty West, a prestigious residential complex in Worli, Mumbai. The apartment has a carpet area of approximately 501.21 square meters and a built-up area of 573.78 square meters. Additionally, the property is equipped with three parking spaces provided specifically for residents.

Shahid Kapoor purchased this apartment in May 2024 for around Rs 58.6 crore, or approximately 111.8 billion rupiah. The property was jointly purchased by Shahid and his wife, Mira Kapoor. Three Sixty West itself is a luxury residential project developed by Oberoi Realty, covering an area of 1.58 hectares and offering apartments with options of 4 and 5 bedrooms that are ready for occupancy.

The rental agreement for this apartment has been registered in November 2024, with a lease duration of 60 months. The property owner is requesting an initial security deposit of Rs 1.23 crore, which is equivalent to approximately 23.4 billion rupiah. This property is expected to generate an average gross rental yield of between 4-5 percent per year.

The rental structure for this property is phased, starting with a monthly rent of Rs 20.5 lakh, which is around 391 million rupiah. Over time, the rent will increase to Rs 23.98 lakh, or approximately 459 million rupiah, by the end of the five-year lease term. Additionally, this rental agreement also includes a rent-free period for the first 10 months, allowing tenants flexibility to adjust before they start paying rent.
