Kapanlagi.com - Singer Agnez Mo has been sued in the Central Jakarta District Court (PN). The lawsuit was filed by the creator of the song Bilang Saja, namely Arie Sapta Hermawan, who is better known by the name Ari Bias. This lawsuit is related to the alleged copyright infringement committed by Agnez Mo.
This was confirmed directly by Ari Bias's attorney, Minola Sebayang. Minola confirmed that the lawsuit has been filed and Agnez Mo is the defendant.
"That's right (Agnez Mo is sued by Ari Bias) regarding the alleged copyright infringement," said Minola Sebayang to reporters via text message, Thursday (12/9/2024).

Furthermore, Minola mentioned that the first hearing of this case will be held on Thursday (19/9/2024).
"Yes, the hearing will be held next Thursday," said Minola.

Although it has been officially registered, Agnez Mo has not yet provided any response regarding this case. Minola suspects that Agnez is likely already aware of the lawsuit, but has chosen to remain silent for the time being.
In the Case Information Tracking System (SIPP) of the Central Jakarta District Court, this case is recorded under case number 92/Pdt.Sus-HKI/Cipta/2024/PN Niaga Jkt.Pst, which was officially registered on September 11, 2024.
"She should already know (about this lawsuit)," he concluded.
