Agreed to Divorce, Ririn Dwi Ariyanti and Aldi Bragi Still Live in the Same House But Don't Greet Each Other

Kapanlagi.com - The divorce trial process of Ririn Dwi Ariyanti and Aldi Bragi is still ongoing. Although they have agreed to divorce, Ririn and Aldi Bragi still live in the same house. This was revealed by Andriansyah Tiawarman, the legal representative of Ririn Dwi Ariyanti at the South Jakarta Religious Court on Thursday (2/11/2021).

"Since this problem arose, communication has become very rare. So even though they still live in the same house, they have separate beds," said Andriansyah.

However, living in the same house does not mean that communication between Ririn Dwi Ariyanti and Aldi Bragi is smooth. In fact, it is no longer like husband and wife.

"For matters of life, they have already gone their separate ways. So it's like they see each other at home, but they don't greet each other. It's not like a harmonious husband and wife," he said.

1. Divorce Process Hindered

Aldi Bragi filed a divorce request to Ririn Dwi Ariyanti on August 30, 2021. Aldi's request is registered at the South Jakarta Religious Court with registration number 2971/Pdt.G/2021/PAJS.

However, at the moment, the divorce process of Aldi and Ririn is hindered because there is no agreement regarding the amount of alimony. The court is not willing to proceed with the trial if Aldi fails to resolve this matter.

The reason Aldi Bragi and Ririn Dwiariyanti decided to divorce mutually is because there is no longer compatibility. Therefore, separation is considered the best solution.

"They indeed have no compatibility anymore, there are problems that cannot be reconciled. Furthermore, there are differences in principles that cannot be united," added Riri.

2. Third Party Issue

Ririn Dwi Ariyanti's legal counsel made a surprising statement. Apparently, her client consulted about the problems in her household five years ago.

"Ririn consulted with me about five years ago. But she indeed defended her marriage. Now, maybe the problems and differences in principles cannot be defended anymore," explained Riri.

When asked about the third party issue, Riri Purbasari Dewi denied it. Because the divorce issue is solely caused by incompatibility.

"There is no (third party) involved. We are not discussing that issue now, the main problem is incompatibility. So, it cannot be reconciled," stated Riri.

3. Guardianship Rights

Ririn Dwi Ariyanti and Aldi Bragi have a written agreement to jointly care for their children. In the agreement, Aldi also requested guardianship rights over their children.

As time went on, Ririn Dwi Aryani apparently included custody rights over the children in her divorce lawsuit. Of course, this made Aldi unhappy. That's why during the divorce hearing, which included witnesses, Aldi brought in 2 witnesses who knew about the agreement that had been made and signed.

4. Ririn Requests Custody Rights

"This is regarding the clear content of the agreement, it is stated that Aldi's request is regarding guardianship rights and shared parenting patterns alternately and it was indeed agreed upon and signed by Ririn," said Riri Purbasari, Ririn Dwi Aryani's legal representative after the hearing at the South Jakarta Religious Court, Thursday (4/11).

"And it was not discussed about custody rights, what was discussed was the mechanism of jointly parenting and caring, but regarding custody rights according to the law, it was not discussed and that is what the respondent (Ririn) requested, so Ririn requested custody rights, while what is stated in the agreement is guardianship rights. And a joint parenting system," Riri added.

5. Postponed Hearing

Today (2/12), the continuation of the divorce proceedings between Ririn Dwi Ariyanti and Aldi Bragi was held. However, the hearing, which was scheduled for a conclusion, was postponed again because Aldi Bragi has not yet determined the amount of iddah and mutah maintenance for Ririn.

"Today's agenda is the conclusion. It was actually scheduled since December 2nd, but I and Ms. Riri, as Ririn's legal team, have not been able to present the conclusion. Why? Because until today, Aldi, as the petitioner, has not provided certainty regarding iddah and mutah maintenance," said Ririn Dwi Aryanti's legal representative, Andriansyah Tiawarman, at the South Jakarta Religious Court, Thursday (2/12/2021).
