Agreement of Peace, Rio Reifan and Henny Mona Both Withdraw Police Reports

Kapanlagi.com - The issue between Henny Mona and her ex-husband, Rio Reifan, has ended peacefully. Both of them agreed to withdraw their respective reports. It is known that Henny Mona had previously reported Rio Reifan to the police for alleged defamation and domestic violence.

Meanwhile, Rio Reifan also reported Henny Mona and Sandy Tumiwa to the police for alleged adultery. Henny Mona's legal representative, Hendarsam, stated that the issue between Henny Mona and Rio Reifan has been resolved.

"The reason why the reports were withdrawn is because Henny Mona and Rio Reifan have reached a peace agreement," said Hendarsam, Henny Mona's legal representative at the South Jakarta Metropolitan Police, Wednesday (8/9/2021).

Hendarsam stated that both Henny Mona and Rio Reifan have withdrawn their respective reports. Rio Reifan withdrew his report on August 16th, while Henny Mona did it on August 23rd, 2021.

"Now it's peaceful. Now we are completing the administrative process here (South Jakarta Police), hopefully there will be no further issues. Let's pray for the best for Henny Mona, Sandy (Sandy Tumiwa), and Rio Reifan," he said.

This peace process has been discussed well by both Henny Mona and Rio Reifan. It doesn't stop there, this peace process also involves each family.

"So, the reason for this peace is that we have discussed it with various family members, and if we lose, we become ashes, if we win, we become dust. So, we both are hurt," said Hendarsam.

"Moreover, the problem is not too serious. There is no loss for other parties or loss for the country that would require further legal proceedings," continued Hendarsam.

Meanwhile, Henny Mona admitted that there was no negotiation in any matter regarding the peace agreement with Rio Reifan. What is clear is that both of them agreed to withdraw their respective reports.

"There was no negotiation. He just asked me to withdraw the case at the South Jakarta Police Station, that's what he asked," said Henny Mona.
