Ahead of Eid, Raffi Ahmad Remembers the Beautiful Moments of Going Home with His Late Father

1. Memories with Father

However, during this moment, Raffi Ahmad is reminded of the memories of going home with his late father. When met in the Gambir area, Central Jakarta, on Saturday (6/4), the father of two shared his sweet memories.

He said that this happened when he was just starting his career in Jakarta.

"Every time I come to Gambir station, I always remember the struggle from Bandung to Jakarta, I used to take the train almost every day," said Raffi Ahmad.

"So it's nostalgic because back then, my late father and I often went back to Bandung from Jakarta," he continued.

2. Going Home by Train

When asked further, Raffi Ahmad said that now he and his family always go back to their hometown during the night of takbiran. This year, Raffi Ahmad, along with his wife and two sons, plans to go back using the train.

"I am also looking forward to the night of takbiran because I will go back to Bandung on that night, planning to take the train with my family," he said.

In addition, for Raffi Ahmad, the tradition of going back for Eid should indeed be done. Because according to him, visiting relatives and going to the family's graves during this moment is also important.

"I still continue the tradition of going back until today, not only to meet the family but also to visit the graves and pray so that the children and grandchildren don't forget that tradition," he concluded.
