Ahmad Dhani Officially Reported Back by Lita Gading

After being reported for the second time, Lita Gading has finally taken decisive action by filing a counter-report against the frontman of Dewa 19 at the Metro Jaya Police.

This decision was made after Lita Gading underwent questioning as a reported party regarding allegations of defamation related to her video content titled 'Ayam Sayur'. Feeling that the report was unfounded and harmful, her side decided not to remain silent any longer.

1. Very Disturbed

Lita Gading's attorney, Syamsul Jahidin, stated that his client has felt very disturbed by the report that she considers excessive. He emphasized that her patience has run out.

"If it happens once, it's still reasonable, we can still tolerate it, but the second time, I apologize. Our silence does not mean we are afraid," he said when met at the Metro Jaya Police Headquarters in South Jakarta recently.

2. Form of Resistance

Syamsul added that this legal action is taken as a form of resistance against what they consider an attempt to silence criticism from the people towards their representative in parliament.

"Remember, there is a wave of people's resistance. We will do this. And I will accompany Mrs. Lita until it's over," he asserted.

3. Taking Up a Lot of Time

This feud began with Lita Gading's sharp criticism of Ahmad Dhani, particularly regarding his lawsuit to the Constitutional Court (MK) concerning lifetime pension rights for members of the DPR. The criticism then continued with various video content that was seen as mocking Dhani.

Lita Gading herself admitted to being furious because this report has consumed a lot of time and has harmed her materially and immaterially.

4. No Mercy

"Whether calm or not, what I feel is anger. Yes. It has consumed my time, you know," Lita replied.

With this counter-report, Syamsul Jahidin firmly closed the door to peace. He ensured that the legal process would continue until it is resolved.

"No mercy, without forgiveness," he concluded.
