Ahmad Dhani's restaurant named Java Rock Dewa 19 Restography is located in Kemang, South Jakarta. From the front, it is fully black combined with the restaurant's name written in red.
The front part is already unique and antique, filled with vintage images. Not to be missed, there is Garuda Indonesia complete with its Pancasila adorning the wall.
As soon as you enter, you are greeted by luxurious yet classic and antique interiors. Your eyes will surely be drawn to the neatly arranged photos on the wall. According to Andre Taulany, it feels more like a museum.
The photos on this wall are not just images of heroes. There are also maps, vintage movie posters, and even a photo of Dewa 19 performing at JIS some time ago.
There is one interesting thing. There is a photo of the late President Soeharto and Mrs. Tien complete with their signatures. Andre Taulany is confused about where Dhani could have obtained it.
When asked by Andre where these photos came from, Dhani explained they were from his collection in the warehouse. Dhani also indicated which photos were original or digital prints. Andre remarked that the vibe of this restaurant is similar to Dhani's house, which has many photos.
