Ahmad Dhani's Portrait: He Has Prepared the Most Luxurious Ngunduh Mantu Event for Al Ghazali, the Crown Prince Must Be Special

According to Dhani, this event will be the culmination of the entire wedding series of Al and Alyssa, which has started from the siraman, akad, to the reception last Monday. He mentioned that the preparations for this event began two months ago and have now only reached 20 percent.

"Only 20 percent. Anyway, 3 days, 2 days, 3 nights," said Dhani when met at the JCC, Senayan, Central Jakarta, on Tuesday (17/6/2025).

With an area of 5000 square meters, this event will accommodate around 3,500 guests. According to Dhani, all halls at the JCC have been rented to support this party. He also emphasized that all elements, including the stage and decorations, use original materials.

"This is real wood, from Ponorogo. Usually, weddings use styrofoam, but this is original," he asserted.

The concept of this Javanese Royal Wedding is purely an idea from Dhani. He wants to showcase the authenticity of Javanese culture by uniting elements from East Java and Central Java through traditional art performances such as Reog, gamelan, and court dances.

"Yes, it includes court elements. There is gamelan, there are wayang, and the dancers are from Solo. Uniting Central Java and East Java," he stated.

Equally captivating, all members of Dewa 19 will perform in traditional Javanese attire. They will sing several songs, while Reza Artamevia and Anindya will also perform professionally to fill the event.

"Dewa has five singers. There is Reza Artamevia. There is Anindya. Professional," said Dhani.

As a parent, Dhani wants to give the best, especially since Al is his first child. That's why he doesn't hesitate to spend more to make his son's wedding memorable.   "The crown prince is like that. Yes, a Rolls Royce car," he concluded.
