AHY's Post Expressing Longing for His Late Mother is So Touching

Kapanlagi.com - Agus Harimurti Yudhoyono, also known as AHY and the son of the 6th President Susilo Bambang Yudhoyono, expressed his longing for his late mother, Ani Yudhoyono.

He conveyed his longing through a post on his personal Instagram. At that time, AHY was browsing through his old photo collection and accidentally came across a photo of his late mother, Ani Yudhoyono.

The photo showed Ani Yudhoyono looking at a screen, with AHY wearing an Indonesian Army uniform on the screen.

"“I miss you, Memo.” Today, I was looking through my old photo collection and accidentally saw this photo," AHY wrote in his recent Instagram post.

1. Unable to Accompany Parents

AHY explained that at that time he was unable to accompany his parents because he was on duty in America. As a substitute, he gave his congratulations in the form of a video dedicated to Mrs. Ani and SBY.

"At that time, I was studying at the Command and General Staff College in Fort Leavenworth, USA. So, I couldn't be there to accompany Pepo and Memo," said Annisa Pohan's husband.

The photo may look simple, but there is a meaningful story behind it. AHY said that at that time, the video he sent became a remedy for Mrs. Ani's longing.

"At that time, the photographer took a photo of Mrs. Ani watching my video there. He said that she watched my video to ease her longing. This photo may be very simple, but it means a lot to me," he explained.
