One of the moments shared was when Alice served instant noodles to Tina and Rolf. She purposely brought Soto-flavored instant noodles from Indonesia to Norway. Alice explains that this is her way of introducing the distinctive flavors of Indonesia to them.
The instant noodles served were not ordinary, as Alice added various typical Indonesian toppings. There were boiled eggs, vegetables, and of course chili to complement the spicy flavor. However, there was one Norwegian touch included in the dish, which is Lungemos. This food is similar to corned beef commonly consumed there.
After being served, Alice invited Tina and Rolf to taste the instant noodles made in Indonesia. Although the instant noodles used chili, Rolf admitted that he did not find it too spicy.Â
Unlike expectations, Tina seemed to immediately like the instant noodles. She even expressed her admiration for the rich and delicious flavor of the noodles. Alice also looked pleased to see her sister's positive reaction.
Not only enjoying, Alice also asked both of them to give their assessment of the taste of the instant noodles. Tina rated it 8 out of 10. Meanwhile, Rolf even gave a higher rating, 8.5 out of 10.
