He submitted important documents such as the deed of establishment and the Ministry of Law and Human Rights decree, but then requested the deed to be changed without going through a national deliberation. Junaidi also asked for the signatures from the National Working Meeting to be edited, but Pablo Benua refused.

"Well, at that time an agreement finally emerged between me and Junaidi to appoint Rey Utami, my wife, as the chairman. Then at that moment I asked Brother Junaidi, what is it that Brother Junaidi wants from me if indeed the chairman is Rey Utami? Then Brother Junaidi stated that he needed a car, a daily car at that time. I immediately bought it. I bought Brother Junaidi 1 unit of a daily car in cash.
