Alief's Lawsuit, Former Husband of Jenita Janet, Regarding Gono Gini Assets Granted by the Panel of Judges, But...

Kapanlagi.com - After being postponed, the verdict hearing regarding the gono gini assets of artist Jenita Janet and her ex-husband, Alief Hedy Nurmaulid, was held again at the Bekasi Religious Court on Tuesday (10/6/2021). Just like before, neither Jenita Janet nor Alief attended the trial.

They were only represented by their respective lawyers. After the trial, Alief's lawyer, Marloncious, said that his client's lawsuit was partially granted by the Panel of Judges of the Bekasi Religious Court.

"The gono gini assets submitted by Mas Alief, in which our lawsuit was partially granted in the verdict. Meaning there are several objects that were not granted. That's in Bekasi, the reason is that the status of the house is still on credit at BTN bank, so it has to be resolved," said Marlon at the Bekasi Religious Court on Wednesday (10/6/2021).

Marlon said that some of Alief's lawsuits were granted by the panel of judges that became joint property. Starting from the house, apartment, to the car. However, there is one vehicle that is not joint property of Alief and Jenita Janet, namely the Harley Davidson motorcycle.

"In conclusion, the joint property includes the house in Serpong, the second one is the Gateway Pasteur apartment, and the third one is the Honda Civic car, Toyota Alphard with Surabaya license plate. There is a little disagreement regarding the division. Mas Alief gets one-fourth while Mba Jenita Janet gets three-fourths," he said.

"But there is one object that we are thankful is not considered joint property, namely the Harley Davidson motorcycle. That means it is not joint property, it is Mas Alief's absolute right. That's why Mbak Jeje (Jenita Janet) made an interruption in the trial," Marlon added.

2. Nominal Harta Gono Gini

From the trial results, indirectly the Gono Gini assets are transferred one quarter to the plaintiff, namely Alief.

"So one quarter of the total declared joint assets. So there is also the defendant Mbak Jeje to hand over one quarter of the plaintiff's rights, either through equal sales or through the assistance of a auction house," he said.

Marlon revealed that the total Gono Gini assets that are made joint ownership amount to approximately Rp. 4 billion.

"If it's one quarter, if what is determined by the council again is in Serpong, the apartment, the Honda Civic car, Alphard, it's around Rp 4 billion, around there. That's why each party still has a period of 14 days to take legal action here," said Marlon.

"What is clear is that today all the Gono Gini lawsuits filed by Mas Alief, we will also convey this to Mas Alief. What is clear is that Harley is not included in the joint assets," Marlon concluded.
