Aliff Alli Has Not Legally Divorced from His First Wife, Nora Alexandra and Aska Ongi Feels Deceived

Kapanlagi.com - The latest development comes from the marriage and divorce isbat trial filed by Malaysian actor, Aliff Alli. After the hearing with the agenda of presenting evidence that was not attended by the petitioner, Aska Ongi as the respondent revealed a surprising fact.

To the media, Aska Ongi revealed new evidence that Aliff Alli was previously married to a woman named Nuning Irpana on November 28, 2011. Which means, when marrying Nora Alexandra, and when wanting to file an isbat marriage with Aska, Aliff's status was still legally married to Nuning because there was no divorce.

"Before Nora, he already had a wife in 2011 and it is still recorded. The divorce has not been finalized," said Aska, met at the Central Jakarta Religious Court, Wednesday (21/4).

"This petitioner is still legally married to someone with the initials N. Meaning he still has a legal bond based on the marriage certificate recorded in Cilandak," added Feriyawansyah as Aska's legal counsel.

1. Must Divorce First Wife

Feriyawansyah said that if Aliff Alli wants to legalize his marriage with Aska Ongi, the actor must first choose between two options. Namely, cancel the marriage or divorce Nuning Irpana.

"If he requests the legalization of the marriage, it means he must resolve the legal efforts with N. That is, cancel the marriage or file for divorce. There must be official permission from the first wife. If not done, we believe that their lawsuit or application will be in vain because it goes against the legal context and laws," explained Feriyawansyah.

2. Aska Ongi Suspected

Furthermore, Aska Ongi emphasized that she had no idea that Aliff Alli was previously married. She had suspicions when they were still dating, but Aliff managed to deny it.

"So his bag was left in the car, and when I opened it, there were two marriage certificates, one red and one green. He explained that it was a temporary marriage. He also said they were fake. I challenged him, 'If it's fake, then cut it.' He really cut it and threw it in front of me," concluded Aska.
