Kapanlagi.com - Former artist Yuyun Sukawati has reported her husband, the screenplay writer Fajar Umbara to the police. The first report was made at the Cirebon Kota Police Station with the charge of domestic violence. The second report was made at the Pondok Aren Police Station, South Tangerang, with the charge of violence against a child.
Yuyun's report at the Pondok Aren Police Station is currently being investigated. Fajar is now detained at the South Tangerang Police Detention Center due to his actions that caused his stepchild to suffer injuries on the cheek, chin, and left little finger. This prompted her younger brother, Anggy Umbara, to express his statement.
Famous director Anggy Umbara said he knew what happened to his brother. However, Anggy did not want to comment because he felt it was unwise to speak without knowing both sides.
"I know from the family group (Whatsapp), my brother and others gave news (Fajar is detained). I don't know what happened, because it's only from one side. I don't have the right to handle it either. It should be from both sides to be balanced," said Anggy when met at MD Place, Setiabudi area, South Jakarta, Friday (16/4/2021).
Furthermore, Anggy Umbara frankly rarely communicates with Yuyun Sukawati. Even after this case was revealed, he has no intention of getting involved in the issue.
"I only know her (Yuyun). I don't want to interfere, I just want to know because it's a family matter. It's very regrettable, I mean this is a family matter, it should be internal. But well, it's already exposed," Anggy concluded.
