Four Ramadans Without Dennis Lyla, Thalita Latief Admits to Being Used to Fasting Only with Children

Kapanlagi.com - Thalita Latief apparently has been accustomed to going through the holy month of Ramadan without the presence of Dennis Rizky alias Dennis Lyla, her husband. She even admitted that this is the fourth year she has been fasting in Ramadan only with her child.

"It's already normal. Because it's not something new, since 2018, 2019, 2020, 2021, it's been four times (fasting without Dennis Lyla)," said Thalita Latief when met at the Central Jakarta Religious Court, (15/4) Thursday afternoon.

Not only that, the star of the film LAWANG SEWU also mentioned that whether or not Dennis Lyla is present, it does not affect her worship during the month of Ramadan. The 32-year-old actress also believes that going through Ramadan alone for almost four years has made her stronger.

"I am grateful for the process. Everyone has to go through a process, nothing happens instantly. So, in my opinion, this is a process in my life to become a better person and overall in this case. Maybe it's also a healing process psychologically, mentally," she said.

2. Hope

In addition, Thalita Latief hopes that the conflict in her marriage with Dennis Lyla can be resolved as soon as possible. Because she does not want this marital problem to become a burden for her.

"I don't want this problem to haunt me in my life. I want this too shall pass," she said.

It is known that Thalita Latief filed for divorce from the man she married on October 9, 2011, at the Central Jakarta Religious Court. Thalita Latief does not deny that infidelity is the cause of their divorce.

In addition, she also admitted to experiencing Domestic Violence (DV). One of them, Thalita claimed that Dennis Lyla threw a cellphone at her, causing her lip to bleed.
