Kapanlagi.com - The South Jakarta Religious Court held another hearing on the divorce case between Nindy Ayunda and Askara Parasady Harsono on Thursday (15/4/2021). This hearing is still scheduled for evidence presentation from both parties.
Askara's lawyer, M. Muslih, stated that Nindy provided additional evidence in this hearing. However, he also presented some evidence to the judges.
"The plaintiff has some evidence that was not originally presented, which is now added. And then we will present our evidence," said Askara's lawyer, M. Muslih, at the South Jakarta Religious Court on Thursday (15/4/2021).

Muslih said that they have presented several pieces of evidence in the trial, including their denial of Nindy's accusation that Askara had an affair.
"We have proven that Askara was falsely accused of cheating. Furthermore, Nindy has never been able to provide any evidence," said Muslih.Â

Moreover, Askara's side previously mentioned that Nindy had another man. They have also presented evidence regarding this accusation in the trial.
"We will submit the evidence we accused yesterday, there is another man but we cannot disclose it here because it is confidential. So, whatever we discuss here should not be disclosed because this is a closed trial, that's roughly it," he added.
In addition, Askara also denies that his child has witnessed any act of domestic violence. According to Muslih, it is just a mere rumor.
"Well, that's just a rumor, it doesn't exist. Like yesterday, for example, the issue of cheating, there is no evidence and witnesses. It's just a story from Mbak Nindy, so there are no witnesses," he said.

The trial will be held again on April 22. Askara's party will bring witnesses to the trial. The plan is to bring six witnesses to the trial.
"The plan is to have 6 people, based on the facts. Oh, not yet, maybe if it's from the family, they don't want to get involved. Maybe someone who works there or an acquaintance," he concluded.
