The arrival of Bams Samson's mother is because she wants to have a good conversation with her husband so that she can be allowed to stay in their residence.

Unfortunately, the meeting scheduled by Desi's legal team did not go smoothly. Because when they knocked on the gate, no one opened it.

"As scheduled, Desi's mother wants to return to the house that has been occupied for over 20 years. Until now, there has been no divorce decree, which means she is still married. And this house was built during the marriage with Mr. HS, which means she has the right to be in this house. It is regrettable that our good intentions were not welcomed. Even though it was notified through a letter," said Randy Ozora, a member of Hotman Paris' legal team, when met in the Cipete area, South Jakarta.

1. Learning Problems

Furthermore, the legal team is still studying the problems currently experienced by Desiree Tarigan. If something is found to be wrong, they will take legal action.

"Currently, we are studying everything, looking at everything carefully to take future legal steps. Currently, we are also still discussing with the client. We are fighting for her rights," said Randy.

2. Built on Family Land

In addition to still being the legal wife of Hotma Sitompul, the reason Desiree Tarigan does not want to leave the house is because the residence is built on her family's land. It is even adjacent to her parents' house. This is also what makes Desiree, as well as Bams Samson as the eldest son, feel the need to speak up.

"Actually, when it comes to land, it concerns my grandmother. What makes us like this is because my grandmother is also disappointed that her land was taken. So she asks why every morning. We are here because of her. I am also not allowed to move with my grandmother," explained Bams Samson on the same occasion.

"Before it was built, this land belonged to my cousin, my mother and I had already been living here. When we got married and built this house, Mr. Hotma stayed at my mother's house until this house was finished being built for one and a half years," added Desiree.
