Denny Sumargo and his wife, Olivia Allan, are currently very happy as they have just welcomed the birth of their first child. The tiny baby girl was born on July 27, 2024.
The first child of the man affectionately known as Densu is named Gabriella Alan Sumargo. Uniquely, the name was derived in a rather unusual way.

When met in the Sudirman area, Central Jakarta, recently, Densu recounted how he got the name of his little daughter. He shared that at that time he was in Italy praying in a church, until he eventually got inspired by chance.
"My child's name is Gabriella Alan Sumargo. So Gabriella is a name that I got while I was working in Italy," said Denny Sumargo. Â
"My wife asked me to pray for her and the baby still in her womb in one of the churches, the dome church if I'm not mistaken, I forgot the name," he continued.
Densu said that for some reason, while praying, that name crossed his mind. After getting the name, Densu informed his wife.
"It's an old church and my wife has been there before. So when I was praying, for some reason that name popped into my mind. I was also confused because there was no sign or writing of Gabriella while I was there," he said.
"Suddenly it came to me and I brought it home, gave it to my wife, and then my wife said, 'This is a nice name, it has a good meaning,'" he added.
"I said, 'Well, if you want to use it, go ahead; if you don't want to use it, that's fine too.' Alan is my wife's father's name, Olivia, and Sumargo is my last name. So the name is Gabriella Alan Sumargo," he concluded. Â
