It is known that Jeff Smith is charged with alternative articles, Article 111 paragraph (1) of Law No. 35 of 2009 concerning Narcotics and/or Article 127 paragraph (1) letter a of Law No. 35 of 2009. He was arrested by the West Jakarta Police in the Jagakarsa area, South Jakarta on Thursday (15/4/2021) at 03.00 AM, and in the arrest, evidence of Jeff Smith's arrest in the form of marijuana was found.
