Although There Is a Separate Asset Agreement, the Kejagung Investigator Will Still Seize Sandra Dewi's Assets Because of This

Kapanlagi.com - Regarding the case of alleged corruption involving Harvey Moeis as a suspect, the Attorney General's Office (Kejagung) has seized several assets belonging to the suspect.

This will still be done even though there is a separate asset agreement with his wife, Sandra Dewi, as long as the assets are still related to the case.

"In this case, the person we suspect involved in the corruption is Mr. HM," said the Director of Investigation of Jampidsus Kejagung, Kuntadi, when met at the Attorney General's Office of the Republic of Indonesia.

1. Investigators Still Conducting Tracing

Kuntadi mentioned that until now, investigators are still conducting tracing related to Harvey's assets that are related to the case.

"So the asset tracing activities that we are conducting against HM's assets, and of course as long as there is an indication of involvement or connection, we will definitely seize them," he continued.

2. Still Seized

In addition, Kuntadi also emphasized that the series of asset seizures will not be hindered by any matters. Whether the assets belong to Sandra Dewi's wife, the seizure will still be carried out.

Moreover, this is indeed part of the law enforcement process.

"Not only if the assets are owned by anyone, whether it's his wife or anyone else. As long as there is suspicion of connection, we will definitely take them," he added.
