Always Showering After Leaving Home Becomes Ruben Onsu's Routine Ritual, Here's the Story

"After coming home, the shower ritual is intense. Just suggest it, for example, after showering I still feel dirty even though I'm clean and using a towel, so I shower again," said Ruben Onsu when met in the Tanah Sereal area, West Jakarta recently.

"Huuuh, that's enough. I can't negotiate yet, it's better than at the beginning of the pandemic. I haven't left the house for almost 3 months. I'm afraid to go anywhere. Just stay at home, and I'm paranoid about anyone who comes to the house. Now I just focus on following health protocols. Regular swab tests for sure," he continued.

However, Ruben admitted that there are some good things during the pandemic. This stepfather of Betrand Peto admitted that he has more time at home for his wife and children.

1. Keep Working to Make a Living

"I only have the Brownis job. After that, I go home and take a shower. So, I spend a lot of time at home, focusing more on the children, as they are already in school. So, I am grateful for the good side of this situation, being able to spend quality time with my children at home," he said.

In addition, as the head of the household, it is Ruben's obligation to continue working to make a living. To reduce activities outside the house, Ruben immediately goes home.

"Not at all, I stay at home. That's why if the father has to work, we can't expect money to fall from the sky. So, when I come home, I have to take a shower, be clean, and then meet my children. Work at home, come back again," he concluded.

2. Implementing Health Protocols

Not only that, Ruben Onsu apparently takes the health protocol recommendations seriously. This husband of Sarwenda strictly implements health protocols in his family environment, even preparing swabs for employees who still have to go back and forth outside the house.

"Well, I have been eating Padang rice with a sanitizer taste. So, before eating, I wash my hands and spray them. I really implement it," said Ruben Onsu when met in the Tanah Sereal area, West Jakarta recently. "Even my children have to wear masks when going outside, and employees who go back and forth have to do swabs," he continued.

Ruben also mentioned that his children are now accustomed to wearing masks. This 37-year-old presenter also mentioned that Betrand Peto always sets an example for his younger siblings to always adhere to the applicable health protocols. "Thania is the most used to it. When she goes out, she always asks where her mask is. Thalia still wants one that matches her outfit. Betrand sets an example for his siblings by always wearing a mask because they imitate him," Ruben said.
