Latest News on Anji who is Currently Rehabilitating at RSKO, Feeling Fresh and Still Wants to Create Songs

Kapanlagi.com - It has been a month since Anji underwent rehabilitation at the Drug Dependency Hospital (RSKO) Cibubur, East Jakarta. His brother, Erie, said that Anji's current condition is good and he looks fresher. Since they cannot meet in person, they can only communicate through video calls.

“Well, from the video call, he looks fresher because he doesn't smoke and eats regularly while there. But we haven't met in person yet. During this PPKM, they haven't allowed visits from outside,” said Erie when contacted by the media recently.

Erie also mentioned that Anji asked for a tape recording to write songs. The singer of 'Dia' apparently still wants to create even while undergoing rehabilitation.

“We only talked briefly. He asked for a tape recording to write songs. He also asked for books to read. That's all because the time is limited. A video call is only 15 minutes, and most of the time is spent with Wina (his wife),” he added.

“He can't really do music there because there are no musical instruments. He can only focus on writing lyrics and creating melodies. So he asked for a tape recording to record the melodies,” Erie continued.

Meanwhile, for the continuation of the legal process, Erie handed everything over to the investigator. "If that's the case, we will just hand it over to the investigator. As citizens, we will just comply and follow the ongoing process," he concluded.

As is known, Anji was arrested for the abuse of marijuana in his music studio in Cibubur, East Jakarta on June 11th. Anji admitted to using drugs since September 2020.

Anji is planned to undergo a rehabilitation process for the next 3 months. However, Ronaldo emphasized that the legal process will continue during this period.

"The second one is to continue the legal process while considering the illegal actions committed by the suspect based on the recommendations given by the integrated assessment team of DKI Jakarta," explained the Head of Narcotics Unit of West Jakarta Police, AKBP Ronaldo Maradona Siregar on Friday (25/6).

Previously, Anji expressed his regret in front of the media. Getting out of the BNN car that brought him, this 42-year-old man said, "Certainly, very regretful."
