Ammar Zoni again absented himself from the trial which was supposed to include mediation. However, Jon Mathias, as Ammar Zoni's legal representative, claimed that he did not know that this agenda was for mediation. Because he only received a power of attorney letter from Ammar Zoni on November 26th.

"So we received the power of attorney on November 23 from Ammar to attend this trial. In accordance with our summons to attend the trial. So we didn't know about the mediation. Apparently, when we arrived here, we were demanded to present the principal according to the plaintiff's demands," said Jon Mathias.

The judges also gave the legal counsel two hours to contact Ammar Zoni to be present in today's trial. "Yes, we tried as ordered by the judges to contact Ammar given two hours," said Jon Mathias.

According to Jon Mathias, the reason Ammar Zoni did not attend the hearing was because he wanted to protect his family. "Yes, he didn't attend, his first reason is that he wants to protect his family for the sake of his young children and his wife," he said.

Meanwhile, Irish Bella, who attended this hearing, remained silent about her divorce. Not a single word was spoken by Irish Bella from the beginning to the end of the session. Irish, who was wearing a pink outfit, was also closely guarded by several people when leaving the Depok Religious Court.

Irish Bella's lawyer, Nurul Amalia, said that mediation could not be carried out because the defendant never appeared. The next session will be held on December 14 with the agenda of the defendant's response.

"The defendant has not appeared today, so mediation is considered not possible and the trial will continue to the next agenda, the lawsuit has been read earlier. Mediation was not conducted because the defendant has not appeared three times. Because the defendant has not appeared, mediation is declared unable to be carried out," Nurul Amalia concluded.
