The spokesperson for the South Jakarta Religious Court, Abid, confirmed that the application has been registered since mid-September 2025. "It was registered on September 12 under the name AT," said Abid when met at his office on Tuesday (16/9/2025).

Abid also explained that this application is registered as a divorce talak, indicating that the lawsuit was filed by the husband. "Divorce talak means it is filed by the husband," said Abid.

The panel of judges has also set the schedule for the first hearing for both parties. "The first hearing will be on September 24," said Abid.
