Angelina Sondakh cares for her mother wholeheartedly. She also shares the latest news about Sjul Kartini Dutolong. "Thank God my mom is doing well. So, because I have reduced medications that are too heavy for her health and follow a therapy. Just energy-based therapy. Finally, there has been an extraordinary development," said Angelina Sondakh as reported by detikhot, on Monday (21/10/2024).
"I try to make sure Mom gets some sunlight. So my mom, when she has dementia, she is afraid to see the sun. So in the car, it has to be really dark; if she sees even a little bit of sunlight, she will definitely be paranoid," she continued.
Angelina expressed her hope that her mother could forget the bad experiences she had due to this illness. She is trying to provide the best care and emotional support for her mother.
Angelina tries to take wisdom from this condition, hoping that her mother can forget the bad memories she has experienced. She believes that there may be a plan from God behind all of this.
"If I take the lesson from this now, it’s better for mom to forget, to forget the bad events in her life. Rather than thinking about heavy things, having only two children, one of whom died, and the other one is in prison, I mean it’s not pleasant, right?" concluded Angelina Sondakh.
