Angger Dimas Acknowledges Receiving Intimidation from Individuals Believed to be Hired by Defendant Yudha Arfandi

Kapanlagi.com - Musician Angger Dimas has just given testimony in the trial concerning the death of his child, Raden Andante Khalif Pramudityo alias Dante, held at the East Jakarta District Court (PN), on Monday (29/7/2024).

In his testimony, Angger Dimas claimed to have received terror from several individuals at his home. Angger suspects that the terror came from individuals hired by the defendant.

"I was intimidated. In the form of several people sent to my house," said Angger during the trial.

"Because I was accused of debt," added Angger Dimas.

After giving his testimony, the 36-year-old musician was reluctant to provide his statement regarding the threats. "I just know, just that, the comments section will answer," said Angger Dimas.

What is clear, he said, is that those people came to collect debts. "Hmm 3 to 4 people. Terror because I have a lot of debts," said Angger Dimas.

2. Trial Agenda

The trial for the death case of Dante yesterday was scheduled to hear witness testimonies. There are six witnesses who have provided their statements in front of the panel of judges.

In addition to Angger Dimas, there is also Tamara Tyasmara, and Tamara's mother, Ristya Aryuni, who will also testify in the case of Dante's death. For your information, the first trial in the case of Dante's death with the defendant Yudha Arfandi began on June 27, 2024. Dante passed away on January 27, 2024, in a swimming pool in Duren Sawit, East Jakarta.

Yudha is suspected of submerging Dante 12 times in a pool that is 1.5 meters deep, although Yudha claims the act was a breathing exercise. Yudha Arfandi is charged under Article 80, Article 340 of the Penal Code, and/or Article 338 of the Penal Code, as well as/or Article 359 of the Penal Code, with a potential life sentence.
