Kapanlagi.com - The latest development comes from the dispute between Tiko Aryawardhana and his ex-wife, Arina Winarto, also known as AW. After previously being reported by AW for embezzlement of company funds, Tiko is now filing a counter-report.
The husband of Bunga Citra Lestari reported AW on July 12, 2024, at the Metro Jaya Police. The report regarding the dissemination of personal data without permission is registered under number LP/B/3968/VII/2024/SPKT POLDA METRO JAYA.
When contacted by the media, Tiko Aryawardhana's legal representative, Irfan Aghasar, stated that the data was on a laptop that was taken by force by AW. The laptop contained company files, photos, and songs.
"At the beginning of 2022, the laptop and the iMac were taken by force by AW. Inside the laptop were company files, photos, and properties in the form of songs that were an investment by Mas Tiko for commercial purposes. Because besides being a banker, he is also a DJ," said Irfan when contacted by the media on Monday (29/7/2024).
Tiko Aryawardhana reported AW under Article 32 Jo Article 48 of the ITE Law. Because it is suspected that the data in the laptop taken by AW was transmitted to certain parties without permission.
"But importantly, there are data or digital files in the laptop that we suspect have been transmitted to certain parties without permission from Mas Tiko, causing losses. We have sent a formal notice, we have talked in a familial manner, held discussions but there has been no response," concluded Irfan.
