Appearing at the Lintas Melawai Music Festival Volume 2, Ikang Fawzi Recited Al Fatihah and Dedicated the Song 'Salam Terakhir' to the Late Marissa Haque

This was a first moment for Ikang to greet his fans again after going through a period of mourning. Ikang opened his performance with the classic song "Catatan Si Boy," which instantly enlivened the atmosphere. After that, he greeted the audience with great enthusiasm despite still feeling deep sorrow.

"I can sway again. If I'm at home, I sway alone and my child laughs at me. I am accompanied by my children today. He says, 'Dad, keep rising up.' Thank you all for your prayers. Masya Allah," Ikang said on stage.

One of the touching moments occurred when his eldest daughter, Bella Fawzi, brought him a drink from the front of the stage. "This is Isabella, my daughter. Just like her mother. Sister, love you sister," Ikang expressed with a loving tone.

After that, Ikang continued his performance with the song "Permata Hitam". Even at the age of 64, Ikang still performed energetically, often approaching the audience and inviting them to sing along.

Bella's presence and her family's support made Ikang appear stronger, even though it was clear that he still missed Marissa very much.

However, the peak of emotions that night occurred when Ikang dedicated the song "Salam Terakhir". This song was specifically dedicated to commemorate Marissa Haque, the person who had been his soulmate all this time. "Friends, I want to sing the song Salam Terakhir," said Ikang Fawzi.

Before starting the song, Ikang first asked the audience to take a moment to send prayers for his late wife. "May I ask you to read Al-Fatihah for my wife?" said Ikang Fawzi.

The atmosphere instantly became silent as the entire audience recited Al-Fatihah together. Ikang was seen bowing his head and raising his hands, showing his deep sense of loss. After the prayer was finished, Ikang expressed his sincere gratitude to the audience. "Thank you. Thank you for your prayers. It's amazing," he said.
