Ardhito Pramono Undergoes Assessment at BNN, Will He Be Rehabilitated or Not?

Kapanlagi.com - Suspect in a drug abuse case, Ardhito Pramono will undergo assessment at the National Narcotics Agency of DKI Jakarta Province (BNNP). This is done to determine the physical and psychological condition due to drug abuse from social and medical aspects.

"Going to BNNP," said Ardhito briefly while walking towards the car, when met at the West Jakarta Metro Police, Tuesday (18/1).

During the past few days of detention, the 26-year-old musician claimed that his condition was healthy. He refused to speak when asked about the case he is facing.

"Healthy, healthy," he said.

Meanwhile, Ardito's lawyer, Adityo Ramadhan, confirmed that his client will undergo the assessment process.

"Dhito has already taken a swab test this morning, and the result is negative. Hopefully, the assessment result will be good," Adityo Ramadhan concluded.

After the examination at BNNP, the result will be given to the police, whether Ardhito will undergo rehabilitation or be rejected and remain detained at the South Jakarta Metro Police.

As known, Ardhito Pramono was arrested by the police for using marijuana. And during the arrest, several pieces of evidence were also seized by the police, such as 4.8 grams of marijuana and 21 Alprazolam pills with a doctor's prescription.

Marijuana is not a new substance used by Ardhito Pramono in his life. Apparently, Jeanneta Sanfadelia's husband has been using it since 2011. Ardhito explained this to the police when asked about his reasons for using narcotics.

"The suspect AP has been familiar with marijuana since 2011, and started actively consuming marijuana since 2020. From the arrest of Ardhito Pramono, the police managed to secure evidence in the form of 4.8 grams of marijuana and other evidence. According to his confession, the marijuana he possessed was for his own consumption.

"The possession of marijuana is for personal use and is used up," he concluded.

As reported, Ardhito Pramono was arrested by the West Jakarta Metropolitan Police Narcotics Unit at his residence in East Jakarta. He was arrested on Wednesday, January 12, 2022, around 02:00 AM with evidence of marijuana.

In the arrest, the police managed to secure evidence in the form of 4.8 grams of marijuana and other evidence.

"Two plastic clips containing marijuana weighing 4.80 grams, 1 pack of vapir paper, 21 pills of Alprazolam with a doctor's prescription, and 1 blue iPhone 12 mini," he said.

For his actions, Ardhito Pramono is charged with Article 127 paragraph (1) letter (a) of the Republic of Indonesia Law Number 35 Year 2009 concerning Narcotics, with a maximum prison sentence of 4 years.

The police finally revealed the chronology of the arrest of artist Ardhito Pramono, who was detained by the West Jakarta Metro Police Narcotics Detective Unit on Wednesday, January 12, 2022 at 02.00 WIB in the Klender area, East Jakarta.

After examination and urine test with positive results for marijuana, the 26-year-old male's status was upgraded to a suspect. The police successfully apprehended the artist based on information from the public that there was a man who was abusing drugs.

"Furthermore, on Wednesday, January 12, 2022 at around 02.00 WIB, at one of the houses in the Klender area of East Jakarta, officers apprehended the suspect Ardhito Pramono alias AP, who is known as a public figure, and conducted a body and house search where the evidence was found," said the Head of Public Relations of the Jakarta Metro Police, Commissioner Pol E Zulpan, at the West Jakarta Metro Police, Thursday (13/1).
