Arrested for Drugs, Police Still Haven't Determined Millen Cyrus' Status

Kapanlagi.com - Millendaru, or commonly known as Millen Cyrus, was arrested by the North Jakarta Narcotics Unit on Sunday (22/11/2020) at a hotel in North Jakarta. He was not alone, as Ashanty's nephew was caught in the act of a transaction.

"We received information about a drug transaction at a hotel, as well as buying and selling activities. We conducted an investigation and found a room, then conducted a search and found the evidence," said AKBP Ahrie Sonta when interviewed at the Tanjung Priok Port Police Station, North Jakarta, on Monday (23/11).

1. Already Used Several Times

Kompol Ahrie Sonta said that before being arrested, Millen admitted that she had been using this illegal substance since she was still in Bali. 

"According to her confession, how many times has she used it, at that hotel, in Bali, and at the suspect's events," he said. 

2. Status Not Yet Determined

Still undergoing development and investigation process, at the moment the police have not yet determined Millen Cyrus' status. Kompol Ahrie said that it would take at least 3x24 hours to determine Millen's status after the investigation. 

"Yesterday we were still conducting an examination, later within 3x24 hours we will determine her status," he explained. 

3. Evidence

During the arrest, several pieces of evidence were found including some methamphetamine, a smoking device, and alcoholic beverages.

"What was found at the crime scene (evidence) was one smoking device and its contents weighing 0.36 grams. The urine test result was one positive and one negative. JR was negative. MMP tested positive for drug consumption," he said.
