Ashraf Sinclair Passed Away, Boy William Postpones Release of Collaboration Video with Hyoyeon 'Girls Generation'

Kapanlagi.com - Boy William is forced to postpone the release of his latest video on YouTube. The plan was to upload the collaboration video with Hyoyeon 'Girls Generation' on February 18th.

He did this as a deep expression of condolences for the passing of Ashraf Sinclair, the husband of Bunga Citra Lestari.

"Boy and the team want to express their condolences for the passing of Ashraf Sinclair. A good human friend to us all.," wrote Boy William in his Instagram post, Tuesday (18/2).

Through his Instagram, Boy apologized to his followers and subscribers who have been waiting for the release of his collaboration video with Hyoyeon from 'Girls Generation'.

"Therefore, for those who have been waiting for the new episode of #DrinksWithBoy with 'Girls Generation' member at 7 PM tonight, we apologize for postponing it for now," he said.

2. Still in Mourning

Boy himself has a reason for delaying the release of the video. He feels uncomfortable releasing a fun video while the country is mourning the loss of a friend.

"On behalf of the BW Production team, we do not feel comfortable airing an episode where the premise of the content is 'having fun' while our country is mourning the loss of a friend," he explained.

Previously, it was known that Ashraf Sinclair, the husband of Bunga Citra Lestari, passed away at the age of 40 due to a heart attack on Tuesday (18/2) morning. The body has been buried in the Sandiego Hills complex, Karawang, West Java.
