Kapanlagi.com - Iko Uwais' wife, Audy Item, cancelled her examination at the Metro Bekasi Kota Police Station. Today, Monday (20/6/2022), Audy was supposed to be examined as a witness in Rudi's report regarding the alleged assault case committed by Iko Uwais on June 11, 2022.
"Today, we planned to conduct an examination of sister Audy. However, Audy's party informed our investigators to reschedule the examination," said Metro Bekasi Kota Police Criminal Investigation Unit Chief, Kompol Ivan Adhitira, on Monday (20/6/2022).
However, due to other activities, Audy's examination was postponed. The Metro Bekasi Kota Police investigators plan to examine her on Tuesday (21/6/2022).
"Because the person concerned has an activity that cannot be left today. Therefore, Audy's party requested to reschedule the examination," said Ivan.
"Yes, it is confirmed that she will be examined tomorrow. If she does not come tomorrow, her lawyer will inform me," added Ivan.
Previously, on Friday (17/6/2022), Iko Uwais had already undergone an examination at the Bekasi City Metro Police. The actor from The Raid was examined because he was reported for alleged assault against Rudi.
The report was registered with number LP/B/1737/VI/2022/SPKT: Sat Reskrim/Polres Metro Bekasi Kota/Polda Metro Jaya. Feeling defamed, Iko Uwais reported back to the Metro Jaya Police on allegations of defamation against Rudi.
Iko Uwais reported Rudi with Article 351 of the Criminal Code (KUHP) on Assault and Articles 310 and 311 of the KUHP on Defamation.
