Azizah Salsha Reports Social Media Accounts Spreading Defamation to Bareskrim, Threat of 4 Years in Prison

Aziza Salsha has taken decisive action by reporting three social media accounts that are suspected of spreading defamation about her. Accompanied by her attorney, Anandya Dipo Pratama, the wife of footballer Pratama Arhan visited Bareskrim Polri on Tuesday (12/8/2025) to file an official report.

The report has now been registered with the number LP/B/387/VIII/2025/SPKT/BARESKRIM. Azizah Salsha's attorney, Anandya Dipo Pratama, detailed the accounts that are the targets of her client's report.

"The report mentions two accounts, the TikTok account @ibaratbradpittt, and another YouTube account @Niceguymo. In that account, there are names Muhammad Janna and another one Resbobb," said Anandya Dipo Pratama.

According to the legal counsel of Azizah Salsha, this legal action is taken as an effort to provide a lesson and a deterrent effect. He hopes this case can serve as a reminder for the wider community to be wiser in using social media platforms.

"Here, we must provide a deterrent effect for the community so that they are more prudent in social media. Do not spread slander that may not be true," said Anandya to the media.

The legal team of Aziza Salsha has also prepared several articles to ensnare the reported parties. Anandya revealed that the perpetrators face a prison sentence of several years.  "The threat of punishment is 4 years in prison," asserted Dipo.

When asked about the evidence submitted, Aziza Salsha's party has included it in the report. Anandya stated that all evidence of the alleged defamation can be viewed directly on the posts of the reported accounts.

"Here we give a lesson to the reported party who has made the report because Azizah has been kind enough to forgive those people before, but right now maybe we need a deterrent effect, maybe there is no apology because this has gone too far, it has hurt the family's feelings," explained Anandya.

Although there have been communication efforts from the reported party, Aziza Salsha's side seems not yet willing to open a dialogue. Anandya confirmed the existence of such efforts but stated that his client is not ready. "Yes, we have made efforts but we may not be ready to communicate," he said.
