Azriel Hermansyah Has Been Sick for Almost 2 Weeks Visited by Aurel and Kris Dayanti, Ashanty Has to Divide Her Time & Explain the Cause

Kapanlagi.com - After traveling with his girlfriend in Europe, Azriel Hermansyah has been suffering from a prolonged fever for almost two weeks. After experiencing fluctuating fever for eight days without improvement, his mother, Ashanty, decided to send Azriel for a check-up at the hospital.

Initially, Azriel had a high fever reaching 39.5 degrees Celsius and wanted to be treated at home. However, his condition did not improve, forcing him to be hospitalized.

1. Azriel Admits He Is Not Feeling Well

"I want to go to the hospital, get a blood test because I'm still not feeling well. I'm still having the flu, so I want to go to the hospital," said Azriel in a video by The Hermansyah uploaded on February 15.

"Yesterday I had just been infused, I was infused and then felt better, but I still feel unwell. Earlier during Friday prayers, my head felt a bit off," complained Azriel.

2. Visited by Family

His extended family has been tirelessly providing support for his recovery. Aurel Hermansyah took the time to visit her brother in the hospital amidst her busy schedule. She also shared moments of visiting Azriel in the hospital through social media.

Emotional support also came from Kris Dayanti's family, who visited along with her husband Raul Lemoz and their two children. She prayed for her child's swift recovery so he could return to his activities.

3. Revealing the Fever for 8 Days

Ashanty as a stepmother, gives special attention. In between her preparations for launching a skincare product, she also has to go back and forth to the hospital to take care of her sick son.

"I just finished work today, from the morning now I want to check on my son first, he just got treated. It's been 8 days of fever going up and down but it seems like today it can't be held back anymore. So I just want him to be treated," Ashanty revealed.

"So after 8 days of Azriel being sick at home, we took care of him at home, but it turns out he can't take it anymore because of the fluctuating fever. So now Jiel is just being treated to get healthy."

4. Had the Flu for a Few Days

"Because, you know, all illnesses like flu, cough, or sickness that affects the lungs really need rest even though they say maybe in two or three days the virus is gone, it just needs healing. Because it’s only been 2 days since entering the hospital, but he’s been sick (at home) for 8 days, since he returned from Bali, so the virus might be at its end, but still, he needs to rest," Ashanty explained.

"Where have you been, mom, where have you been? Oh God, while we have to deal with many things, right? Well, besides, I also have to meet with the doctor for the actions that need to be taken," she concluded.

5. Affected by Intestinal Inflammation

After various actions were taken and the blood test results came out, Ashanty revealed the examination results regarding the illness suffered by Azriel.

"He has intestinal inflammation. Maybe he still eats randomly. He also caught the flu," said Ashanty at The Tribrata, Jakarta, Tuesday (18/2/2025).

Nevertheless, Ashanty is grateful that her child is not suffering from a more serious illness.
