In the midst of the legal turmoil she is facing, Nikita Mirzani expressed new disappointment. After the hearing at the South Jakarta District Court on Thursday (14/8/2025), she openly voiced her anger towards one of the largest private banks in Indonesia.

This disappointment was triggered by the revelation of her transaction data or bank statements during the trial. Nikita feels that her financial privacy as a customer has been violated.

She emphasized that her status at the bank is not that of an ordinary customer, but rather a priority customer, who should receive better data protection.

"Oh yes, I am very disappointed with BCA because it happens to be a priority customer. You can ask me yourself," said Nikita in a high tone.

According to her, the contents of the bank statement that were revealed actually prove that the source of her wealth comes from legal and accountable work, not from criminal activities.

This 39-year-old woman then detailed several sources of her income that are recorded there, ranging from fees for acting in films to payments for singing out of town.

"I am very disappointed that my bank statement has been tampered with even though it clearly shows payments from Comic 8, endorsements; I also perform off-air singing. As my media friends know, I often travel out of town to sing for just 45 minutes, and my payment is IDR 125 million," she explained.

Not joking, Nikita claims she will not stay silent about this incident. She has planned serious legal action against the bank after her main case is resolved.

"So I am very disappointed with BCA for behaving like this. But that's a matter for later; once the case is resolved, I will send a formal warning," she asserted.
