This news was confirmed by H. Daud Damsyik M. A, the Head of the Office of Religious Affairs in Pasar Minggu, South Jakarta, when he was met in his office on Monday (27/11). He stated that there has been a registration of documents related to the request for a marriage recommendation letter, which is rumored to be held in Bali.
"Regarding BCL's wedding plans and her prospective husband, there has been a registration of documents on November 24 regarding the request for a marriage recommendation letter in Bali," said H. Daud Damsyik M. A.

When asked further, Daud explained that both of them did not come directly to request the recommendation letter. Both BCL and her future husband were represented.
However, Daud could not confirm whether the representative who came was from the family or just the wedding committee.
"No, the person did not come directly, only represented," he said.
"We don't know exactly whether the representation is from the family or the committee involved in the wedding," he added.
For your information, the news of BCL's closeness with Tiko became known to the public during the singer's birthday on March 22nd. Tiko was also caught wearing the same Eid uniform as BCL's family, as seen in BCL's Instagram post on April 25, 2023.
Tiko himself is a widower and has a child from a previous marriage. Besides being a musician, Tiko also works as a banker and his presence has been accepted by BCL's family and the late Ashraf.
