"Accompanied by the melodious strains of gamelan musicians, stories of history and culture among fellow artists, and the freshest coconut water I've ever tasted. Thank you for making us all feel at home," she continued.
The Atma Wedana Utama ceremony itself is one of the pitra yadnya ceremonies in the Balinese Hindu tradition aimed at purifying the spirits of ancestors (atma) so they can achieve moksha or unite with Sang Hyang Widhi (God).
Posting moments from the event on Instagram, Sherina looked elegant and polite in traditional Balinese attire while attending the Atma Wedana Utama-Karya Baligia ceremony.
"Still echoing in my mind is the moment of enjoying the beautiful architecture and views of @tamansoekasadaujung on a bright yet cool day," Sherina expressed in her post caption (23/7).
In her post, she expressed her gratitude for being given the opportunity to witness a series of magical events, along with the beauty of culture and art in Karangasem Bali.
