Kapanlagi.com - Selebgram Cindy Lazar, or commonly known as Cindy Mamesah, recently became a victim of fraud committed by fellow selebgram named Aretha Moza and Max. Cindy experienced the fraud on the TikTok Cash application.

Not only Cindy, it turns out there are several other people who have also become victims of similar fraud. Now they even have their own group chat to share their grievances and report the perpetrators. Because if totaled, the losses they have suffered are not trivial.

"If the total losses from our group (the victims) amount to billions of rupiah. We created a group for the victims to report Aretha Moza, and if we calculate, each person suffered losses ranging from Rp 30 million to Rp 200 million, because some people invested in one or two accounts, so it can reach Rp 200 million. Aretha is the one who opened the door to the owner, but until now we don't know who the owner is, what is clear is that there is a connection with Aretha," said Cindy when contacted on Thursday (18/2).

1. Already Reported the Perpetrator

Basically, the scam system is described as similar to MLM where those who want to join have to pay a certain amount of money. They are promised that their money will be multiplied several times.

"I reported it yesterday, on Monday. Yesterday I tried to block the bank, but the process is not as easy as before to block the bank, so the next step is the Police Report. I request the Bareskrim to immediately summon the witnesses. I am ready and willing to cooperate with Bareskrim. Our energy is indeed exhausted in dealing with this, but I want to embrace all the victims of TikTok Cash to unite," he continued.

2. Condition of the Victims

Cindy is one of the victims who took the initiative to come forward and unite the victims to face this problem together. Basically, Cindy only hopes that her money will be returned and the perpetrator will be prosecuted according to the applicable law.

"Besides losing money, some people even borrowed money recklessly, some had to sell assets, some still can't afford to eat, some even became sick (worried). That's why I felt compelled to come forward. There is indeed emotional and moral loss. (The hope) Besides getting the money back, who wants to argue. I want the best resolution. The suspect should be arrested and punished according to the act and article that applies.
