This was revealed in the divorce ruling of Acha and Vicky. According to Liputan6.com, Vicky had pronounced talak to Acha several times throughout their 9 years of marriage.

For a long time known as a harmonious couple far from scandal, Acha Septriasa's marriage was actually adorned with turmoil that was not visible to the public. Throughout nearly 9 years of marriage, Vicky had actually pronounced talak (divorce) to Acha 5 times.

This is stated in the ruling of the Religious Court regarding Acha and Vicky's divorce. In the letter numbered 1619/Pdt.G/2024/PA.JP, it is written that Acha and Vicky began having problems since 2021.

"But since the beginning of October 2021 to November 2021, continuing to May 2022, April 2023, and November 10, 2024, there have been disputes between the Plaintiff and the Defendant," the document excerpt states as reported by Liputan6.com.

The document states that Vicky has difficulty controlling his emotions and often uses harsh words towards Acha. Vicky also pronounced talak (divorce) to Acha at the end of 2021, which continued with a total of 5 pronouncements of talak from October 2021 to November 10, 2024.

"That the dignity and honor of the Plaintiff as a wife should be protected and maintained, but the fact is that the Defendant easily pronounces talak repeatedly during the period from October 2021 to November 10, 2024, the Plaintiff has been divorced 5 (five) times by the Defendant, which makes the Plaintiff unwilling to accept the Defendant and does not intend to continue the household in marriage with the Defendant," thus reads the decision.

From the problems they faced, Acha finally decided to file for divorce from Vicky at the Central Jakarta Religious Court. The documents were submitted in December 2023 and were decided in absentia in May 2025.
